Unable to setup FaceID on iOS27 PB6

New to 1password. As I setup 1password on iOS, one of the steps allowed me to enable FaceID to login into 1password. After enabling it, I don’t get prompted for FaceID when opening the app. Instead, it wants me to input my password.

Things I’ve tried and checked:

Disable and Re-enable FaceID in the app.
Disable and Re-enable “Autofill Passwords and Passkeys” in iOS settings.
Disable autofill within the app.
Reset FaceID.
Check if “Face ID” checkbox exists within iOS settings → 1Password (it doesn’t exist).
Restart my phone (and app) after both enabling and disabling FaceID in app.

I’d appreciate any tips to get this working. I just started the 14 day trial and the app experience so far isn’t as great as it should be, simply because I have to enter my full password each time I want to login/autofill.

it is a bug, has been 14 days …… face id can’t use . annoying
