1Password App on Linux doesn't show all Vaults

Hi,

I'm using 1password for business and for some reason on my installation the application does only show the Employee vault and another one used by me and a few coworkers. However, login into our company space  my-company.1password.com  I can see several other Vaults. Is I'm fairly new to 1Password and cannot find any settings to enable the visibility in the application.

I'm running Archlinux and installed 1Password using yay.
I only have this one company account.

Is that an issue with the application or is there something I'm missing?

Regards
LaPete

Hello @LaPete! 👋

Thank you for reaching out! You might not see a vault in the 1Password app for a few different reasons:

  1. You're set the app to use a collection with only a few vaults: Use collections to create custom groups of vaults
  2. You have Travel Mode turned on: Use Travel mode to hide vaults
  3. Your administrator has restricted certain vaults from appearing in certain apps using app access policies. You can reach out to your IT team, or 1Password administrator, to have them check if this is the case.

Let me know if none of those apply in your case and I can help further.
