1password prompt for update

We just deployed desktop version 8.12.28(through Intune using MSI package) on all our machines last month.  We had used this command line for it: msiexec /i "1PasswordSetup-latest.msi" /qn MANAGED_UPDATE="1" MANAGED_INSTALL="1" /norestart

Now after a month, all laptops are now getting this prompt to update again. They are getting “1Password will update when you restart the app. Later/Restart Now”. Its really annoying. Our  users are not allowed to update the software on their own as they needed local admin rights.

How can we get rid of this prompt or is there a setting that we can turn off for this? Or an Intune policy that will turn this update check?

Also why are the updates very frequent? it seems to be on a monthly basis.
