Access to Support
Our company has been having a P1 critical issue which really needs support from 1Password (i.e. we cannot use the platform across the whole company), yet we are unable to speak to anyone. Over the last ~24 hours we have reached out via every support bot, form, sales contact we can find but still have not heard anything back. The pricing page for 1Password for business highlights that we should be able to call the support team, but we cannot find any contact details.
Any recommendations in being able to progress this would be greatly appreciated.
