Another 1password won't start under Windows 11 issue

As many have experienced before me, I'm unable to start the 1password desktop app under Windows 11  from the Start Menu. Launching the app from the Start Menu does nothing at all. The systray icon is missing.

The Edge extension does work. After running the installer again, the systray icon has reappeared, enabling me to turn off hardware accelleration. Also, surprisingly, I can start the app from the systray icon. But the shortcut in the Start Menu is dead. And if the systray icon disappears again, I'll be without a way to launch the app again.

Why is the app not starting from the Start Menu? (It used to, but that was a long time ago.)
