We use okta in Federation Broker Mode, current we have never deleted suspended user  so we have over 350 from from years gone past. I enabled the auto delete setting after 90 days but nothing has happened  over a 24hr period.

Is this normal or do I need to  use the CLI to clear the back log and then the setting will apply after today?

Hello @shaun! 👋

Thank you for reaching out. If you’ve configured and saved the “Suspended Users” policy then any currently suspended users who meet the criteria that you set should be deleted within the hour. Check the following:

  1. Make sure that the “Suspended Users” policy is enabled and set to 90 days and that you’ve clicked Save in the bottom right corner of the page.
  2. Make sure that the users in question are actually suspended.

If you’ve checked these and things still aren’t working then I recommend sending an email to support@1Password.com with a link to this thread so that our support team can help further. After emailing in, you'll receive an automated reply with a Support ID. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and make sure it's gotten to the right place.
