Disable password sharing to personal mail accounts

Welcome to the community! If you're using 1Password Business than you can manage item sharing settings so that your users can only share items with email addresses that use an approved domain:

Can you clarify what you mean by "connecting personal account to business account"? Is there a screenshot that you can share to show what you mean by connecting here?
