Greetings, we have been experiencing high-bandwidth from 1Password.com across all of our locations today. In reviewing our inbound network traffic logs, 1Password is causing the highest traffic. Is there anything going on that is sustaining this amount of inbound data for several hours?

The Community is very unlikely to be able to help with this kind of matter. You may want to contact support, however for them to do anything you will need to provide the relevant information - dates, times, addresses, protocols, ports, etc.
You should also be mindful that direction of connection and data flow are distinct.
