Issues with opening the app on multiple devices

Why does the app suck so much across devices lately.

I have issues on iPad, iPhone and Mac.

With the app just not opening when I press on the icon or the keyboard shortcut. I’ve been through the pain with support before of diagnosing issues like this and reinstalling the app etc but I shouldn’t have too.

How wide spread are these issues because I get them on every device and they come and go. They’re more common for sure on iPad and iPhone. But lately Mac is not far behind but at least with the Mac app fully closing it and restarting it pretty much always fixes the issue.

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with opening 1Password on your various devices. Can you tell me a little more about the issue? Which icon are you clicking on, or tapping, when 1Password doesn't open on your iPad and iPhone? Is it the 1Password icon on the home screen? Or the 1Password icon in a username/password field on a website in Safari. 

Are you fully closing the 1Password app itself to resolve the issue? Or your browser?
