lost most of favorites in 1password after the last 1password update

Hello,

Yesterday I updated the 1Password client to the latest version "1Password for Windows 8.12.12".

After that I lost most of my personal favorite items pinned in 'Favorites'.

My colleagues reported about the opposite consequences - they got the favorites they didn't have before the update.

I wonder if someone else got similar issues.

To confirm my understanding, are these items now missing entirely, or are they present in your vaults but no longer favourited?

If they're missing entirely, could you take a look through the "Archive" and "Recently Deleted" sections in the apps, and let me know whether any of these items are present there?

No, the items were not deleted. They are still accessible. I already restored the most of them manually.

Just to clarify - when you say you restored them manually, do you mean you re-favourited the items yourself to add them back?

I've done some testing on my end, however so far my favourites are remaining unchanged whenever I update to 8.12.12.

Could you let me know whether the affected items are stored in your Employee vault, or in a shared team vault? And the same question for the favourited items that appeared for your colleague?

No need to share any specifics, just the vault type would help.
