Nested Groups in Entra for Shared Vault Membership

We use Groups in Entra to manage the membership of a selection of Shared Vaults in 1Password

I have two Vaults - lets call them Vault A and Vault B
I have two Entra Groups - lets call them Group 1 and Group 2

Group 1 is mapped to Vault A
Group 2 is mapped to Vault B

We have a couple of people that can only see Vault A and not Vault B
Then a number of people who can see Vault A and Vault B

I figured I would be able to Nest Group 2 into Group 1, and then add the individual members who can only see Vault A in order to not have to put the majority of the same people in both Groups.

Anyone know if this works?
My testing doesn’t seem to indicate it does work, but maybe as I am new to this it’s possible I’m missing something or could do this some other way?

Update
I’ve now confirmed with the 1P team that Nested Groups are not supported.
I'll just add all required members directly to both groups
