New users are missing the "Change Password" button in their Profile

During onboarding, new users are prompted to change their password by going to https://OurCompanyDomain.1password.com/profile  and selecting "Change Password". Yet, the side menu is now missing for them.  This has happened to about 12 (out of 15)  new users over the last three weeks. 

 This is happening on MacOS 15.3.x in two separate browsers:

  • Chrome Version 143.0.7499.170 
  • Firefox 146.0.1

We’re able to sort of get around it by prompting a recovery, but that’s not a good long term solution.  Does anyone have any insight to this issue?
