Nonprofit account setup blocked – no response from support

Hello

I’m trying to set up a nonprofit account, but I haven’t been able to move forward because I haven’t received a response from support after multiple follow-ups.

This is currently blocking us from getting started, and I’d really appreciate help connecting with the right person.
