Upgrading to Enterprise

Hi all,
We are a VERY happy business customer with ~50 accounts currently provisioned. We provide shared administrative services for a group of healthcare organizations with common ownership and multiple Microsoft tenants. I have been unable to reach anyone at 1Password who can help me convert our account from a single-entity business tier to a multi-entity enterprise tier of service. Any advice on a human contact who can help with this? I’ve called, sent about four emails to support, and have made no progress. Wanting to spend more money and I can’t seem to get there! Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi Timothy! No worries at all - appreciate the response. I actually don’t have a ticket number, but I called in on 7/30, then received the following message from support@1password.com at 11:52 Eastern. I replied at 12:14pm Eastern the same day. Sent a follow-up response on Aug 11, and added business@1password.com to the recipients. In any case, very very pleased with the product and would love to take next steps!
