Windows 11 TPM unlock not reliable

Question

Our business uses the 1Password Windows app with TPM enabled and WIndows Hello unlock.

It works sometimes but not that oftern after coming out of Windows Sleep, let alone a full reboot.

Its just very random as to when it will work and not work, sometimes it will ask for Windows helo Pin or Face x2-x3 times and then just fail and ask for the 1Password master password.

Its very frustrating and occuring with all our team’s computers, everytime there is a 1Password update I hope it will be resolved but it never is.

Can you please let me know if there is anything we can do to make the Windows Hello unlock more reliable?
