Windows Hotkey (CTRL + #)

Hello 1Password community,

i have a problem with my windows subsystem, when i use my standard hotkey for comment out things in my IDE (CTRL + #), the 1password pops up and wants to unlock my vault. I don't see any options to configure this hotkey, can anybody help me?

Thanks for reaching out! So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following: 

  1. What window opens with you press CTRL + # and then unlock 1Password?
  2. What kind of keyboard are you using? QWERTY or a different kind? 
  3. What language are you using for the keyboard?
