Password for support teams
Hello,
I need to have a generic account for my support team that are supporting external clients (we are an IT service firm). I don't want them to see the password for the client admin account but they need to login, and it's using MFA.
Is there a way to do that with 1Password?
Thanks!

Hello alex_lā! š
Welcome to the community! Just to clarify, are you trying to give your support team access to a 1Password account owned by your clients? Or are you trying to save your client's login credentials for other websites in 1Password and then share them with your support team in such a way as to allow them to sign into those websites but, at the same time, not be able to see or copy the passwords for those websites?
I look forward to hearing from you.

Could you rewrite the question in 1Password terms, i.e. Item, Vault, Collection, Account, etc. and clarify what you mean by "client admin account" in relation to these?
You might also update the title to something more accurately describing your question.
