1Password 8 does not integrate with extension

I split your comment from the discussion you posted it in as that discussion was outdated and not related to your issue.We can troubleshoot the issue with 1Password 8 if you'd like, and get everything working with 1Password in your browser, but it sounds like you're good with sticking to 1Password 7 for now.
In case you do want to give it another go, please try removing 1Password 7, then install 1Password 8, restart the computer and test things then.
If the issue persists, open 1Password 8, go to its preferences -> Advanced -> Send diagnostics report, and send us that zip file to mailto:support+x@1password.com with a short description and a link to this discussion here. - iFalcNew Contributor
Hi,
For your information and for all intents and purposes, I was testing the early access 1password 8 and the Chrome extension v2.1.3. I noted the lock status sharing between desktop and browser extension didn't work fine. I rolled back on last production version (7.9.1) and it's OK.
