Roo is Head of Password Manager Development at 1Password. He's passionate about creating seamless, secure, and actually enjoyable experiences for users—whether they’re managing their personal passwords or securing an entire business. When he’s not helping make 1Password more delightful, you’ll find him behind a camera lens, capturing landscapes and portraits, or exploring the great outdoors with his dog, Indy.
Sara Teare
Sara Teare co-founded AgileBits alongside Dave Teare, Roustem Karimov, and Natalia Karimov, and is currently 1Password’s Chief CX Officer. Sara makes a point of being involved in several 1Password projects to continue to shape the organization as it grows. When her two kids aren’t keeping her busy, Sara loves playing board games and cards with her friends and family.
Matt Davey
Matt Davey has spent the last decade leading user experience, research, and design as 1Password's Chief Experience Officer. He's an optimist for the future and loves how 1Password intersects between cybersecurity, identity and productivity. Outside of work, Matt hosts a morning radio show, creates art with inks of all kinds, and enjoys having a cup of tea and a biscuit.
