1Password does not complete 'username' on www.ecowitt.net

1Password enters the password - but not the username on this website 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: Not Provided Browser: Not Provided

If I manually save the log in it still does not prepoulatre the username boc or give me the 1Password circle.
It does fill in the password box
