1Password extension & browser not working

The 1Password extension is enabled but I can't access it.  the 1Password browser link has a very strange configuration but I can access still use it . Very frustrating.  I don't know what to do. So...

I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when using 1Password in the browser. Can you share details of the problem you’re experiencing? Any information you can provide, such as an error message and steps to reproduce the issue, will help me understand what’s going on and work on a solution. Can you also share what browser you're using and whether you're using a Mac, Windows PC, or another device? 

You can add a screenshot to your post by clicking on the camera icon in the reply editor. Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot since this is a public forum.
