I have just started using split screen in Edge, both Windows and Mac, and encountered this issue. It's been a long while since this issue was first reported. Any signs of this getting fixed?

I'm sorry that this issue is also affecting your workflow. I've checked and the issue is still open in our backlog and I don't have news to share. Keep an eye on our release notes which will note when the fix is released.
