1Password extension keeps showing loading GIF image and nothing happens.

Hello, In Firefox version 98.0.1, when I click on the 1Password icon, the 1Password pop-up shows a loading GIF image followed by "Loading..." and nothing happens. Please see the screen capture. ...

Hello @aloksharma,

I am sorry for the inconvenience. When 1Password gets stuck at loading when you first open your computer, please close your browser and ensure you unlock the 1Password desktop app first. It should work most of the time.

If that doesn't work, please try these additional steps. Right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar > Settings > Scroll down to "Integrate with 1Password app" at the end of General section and toggle it off and on again.
