1Password for Safari constantly forgets my Accounts & Vaults settings

See title. Multiple times a week I have to go to the browser extension settings and unselect a vault. Don't know why it keeps turning that vault back on. Of course (though this is a separate issue) what I really want is for collections to return to the browser extension. What is the point of this feature if it's not accessible through the mode I most often access 1Password, ie the browser extension?

    Thanks for your reply. No, I never use private browsing mode nor do I clear my history …

    You mentioned Safari, are you, by chance using a private browsing mode and clearing your history? If so, this is a specific to Safari issue. I'm right there with you on collections in the browser.
