If you'd like us to follow up in-depth, we likely still can. Diagnostics from the app (and your browser) may still have data that we could use to identify the issue, and we'd be happy to take a look at that.

But I'd like to stress that this is completely optional - and if you'd just like to enjoy the resolution of the issue and move on, that's of course OK too. Congrats again!
