1Password not working with ticketmaster.ie

I'm using Vivaldi browser 5.1.2567.73 (Stable channel) (64-Bit) in Windows 11 with 1Password in the browser 2.3.3.beta installed. Also, I'm using 1Password for Windows 8.7.0-12 Beta.

DenalB I do have the correct URL's listed. I tried filling on the two sites separately. It did not work, and it is a known issue that our developers are investigating. Just to check though, what browser are you using? What version of 1Password do you have installed?

It's interesting that filling works for you on tickermaster.com!
But I had to add the website https://www.ticketmaster.com into the entry and had to autofill with the help of the extension.

DenalB It's interesting that filling works for you on tickermaster.com! I can't get filling to work on either site mentioned, but hopefully we can make improvements so that everyone can have the experience that you have.

Hey @limaa the Ticket Master websites use focus traps, which can impede on how our extension fills with the inline menu. I'll add your post here to the internal ticket we've created to track this. Hopefully we'll be able to come up with a good solution for filling on sites with focus traps in the future.

For now, I would recommend clicking/dragging or copying/pasting your login from the extension to Ticket Master's site. In the meantime, let us know if you have any questions!

Which URL are you using in your entry? https://www.ticketmaster.ie? If yes, try adding the URL https://www.ticketmaster.com, and it should work. I tried and for me, it worked.
