I have done everything that 1P_Tommy and Jack_P_1P have suggested, however this problem is continuously occurring for me, and is heavily disrupting my work flow, having to force quit the 1PasswordSLSNativeMessageHost processes every 10 minutes or so.

Currently using the OperaGX browser on a MacOS Monterey 12.1,

Would love to find a proper fix,
