1PW8 does not accept my master password

Newer Dell laptop running reasonably recent Windows (corp decides), 1PW7 was working fine. I can still use mobile devices, and I can login to 1PW.com with master PW. But 1PW8 says That didn't work,...

Thanks for response. No, have not changed password in months, maybe worse than that. ;)
