2FA setup not working on GitHub.com

I use the 1password chrome extension and android app. when I want to use 1password to setup the github 2FA, I can't find the "scan the QR code" funtion( when I use the chrome extension on another webpage, there is the "scan the QR code" funtion). How can I setup through the chrome extension or android app? How to scan the github QR code?

Hi @whyseu, thanks for grabbing that screenshot!

In the image, you have an Identity item currently selected, so the "Scan QR Code" option won't be available. If you instead search for and select your GitHub Login item, are you able to see and select the "Scan QR Code" option in the menu? If so, does it successfully add the 2FA code to the item?

Hi @whyseu , thanks for reaching out!

Are you using the exact same steps from our guide on adding 2FA?

If so, are you able to provide a screenshot of what you're seeing in the dropdown menu where the option should be appearing? Be sure to mask or remove any sensitive information before posting.

I look forward to hearing from you!
