Add "Unlock" menu item in 1Password 8 menubar

I've been using the 1Password 8 beta and really like it. One request, it would be nice to have an "Unlock" menu in the menubar, essentially the reverse of the "Lock" item that is there when unlocked. I find I often want to preemptively unlock 1Password before I start doing other things and would like to do that without launching 1Password app.
