Added item to iOS is not showing up on Mac.

As the title says, I added a Secure Note to my iOS Device running Version 7.9.3 and now after 2 hours it still did not show up on my Mac.
Is this a known issue, or what can I do to resolve this problem.

Edit: I just rebooted my Mac and now it works. I wonder what the problem was.

Extension Version: 2.1.4
OS Version: 12.1
