App Crash on Mac os15

Been getting same issue for a while now - from memory it pre-dated me upgrading to os15.

In short, middle of day when been using Mac for a few hours and I need to use 1P - I click the app and nothing happens. doesnt open. eventually I get a crash report from Apple with a lengthy error report that I have no clue how to decipher what the issue is.
I can kill it from the activity monitor and try reopen but same error.

only fix is restart Mac (Mac mini if relevant)

I can unlock the safari extension (which in turn opens the main app which crashes) but the extension does work.

without posting the large crash info, im not sure whether tis an apple thing or a 1P thing.
Anyone had same issue or can advise?
