Does turning off the Sign in automatically after autofill option in the 1Password extension resolve the issue? Here are the steps again for reference:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Right-click the 1Password icon in Safari's toolbar and select "Settings".
    • On iOS, tap the 1Password icon > Menu ( ☰ ) > Settings.
  3. In the Autofill & save section, turn off the "Sign in automatically after autofill" option.
