Auto-filling fails on QNAP NAS login page

Hi,

I'm having trouble login into our NAS server (QNAP TS-1673AU-RP-16G). 1Password does not recognize the username field and it does not get auto-filled. The password field does. I am using 1Password add-on (2.0.5) with Firefox.

I can't grant you access to this page directly, so I'm sending collected page structure and a screenshot of the page to mailto:support+x@1password.com with a link to this support request.
