Autofill fails for support.pagely.com

Hello,

I'm a user at https://support.pagely.com/hc/en-us. When I open the login form (right top corner), 1Password (chrome addon and safari) suggests me the saved login. When I click on the item so it gets filled in the form, the fields remain empty. This was present in a lot of 1Password versions, even pre 2.0 chrome addon.

Could you please check?

Extension Version: 2.0.5
OS Version: MacOS 11.4

    Testing this website here, I was able to save and autofill a login properly. Check it out: http://recordit.co/X2VH1nj4CI

    I suspect there might be something in your current login item for that website that is causing this behavior. Can you please try saving a new login like I did in my video and see if that gets things working properly for you? You'll want to delete the current login entry you already have for this website from your 1Password first.
