Autofill issue -- PFCU.Com

Prior to late June, using autofill at https://pfcu.com required doing so twice -- once with the cursor in the USER ID field, and a second time with the cursor in the PASSWORD field.

Recently, this changed. When I use autofill on this page, the user ID is filled in, the password is left blank, and the extension then auto-clicks on the LOG IN button. This causes a login failure, and sends me to a retry page at https://www.tellernetpfcu.com/dbank/live/app/login/consumer.
On this page, autofill operates normally, filling in both fields and then auto-clicking on the LOG IN button.

It would be nice if autofill worked correctly on the site's main login page.

Hi DaveAx, thanks for reaching out!

I'm sorry that you're experiencing trouble when filling on the PFCU website. I can confirm that the behaviour you're encountering is a known issue with the PFCU website that our development team is aware of and investigating. I've let them know about your experience, and I apologize for any inconvenience. While I'm unable to provide an exact timeline for a fix, once there is one, it will be listed in our https://releases.1password.com/b5x/.

To work around this issue in the meantime, you can disable the auto-submit feature using the following steps:

    1. Right-click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar, then select "Settings".
    2. Click Autofill & save in the side panel.
    3. Toggle off the "Sign in automatically after autofill" setting.

If you'd prefer to keep this feature on, then I'd suggest using the https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/#use-drag-and-drop-to-fill-in-apps method or copy and paste to fill your credentials on this page.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with!

    -David
