Autofill not working on a site using Chrome

If you go to: https://support.bombich.com/hc/en-us
Then click on the "SIGN IN" button at the top, 1password doesn't autofill either from the 1password extension button in the browser (Chrome) or using the 1password icons in either field.

UPDATE: I just tried again with a different login item and it worked. Go figure.

1Password Version: 7.9.2
Extension Version: 2.1.4
OS Version: macOS 10.13.6
