Automatic user/password fill-in does not work on Aetna.com

Tried two different W10 computers, two different Aetna accounts. The automatic username/password would fill in, but Aetna website came back showing "Create an account". I copied/pasted the username...

Thanks for the reply. I did not realize there was a way to turn off auto-submit. That could be a useful feature.
