Bad UX: Menu items do not work

I had the "Manage accounts" modal showing in the main window and tried to open the "About 1Password" window (and also the Preferences window). Neither worked until after I first dismissed the accounts modal.

The macOS Human Interface Guidelines indicates that https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/macos/app-architecture/preferences/ and it is extremely unconventional for the "About" information to be anything other than another window in the app (the HIG explicitly calls it the https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/macos/menus/menu-bar-menus/).

Please change the About and Preferences window behavior to follow platform conventions so menu items work normally.
