Bank not allowing autofill
Hi,
I am reporting this in case it's anything that can be addressed within 1Password. I suspect it isn't, and that's okay. Just letting people know.
The login pop up at this site: https://www.rocklandtrust.com
doesn't allow autofill. It does allow paste.

This how I have my test login setup. The only difference I see is you are using macOS 11.3.1. I'm not sure it if will help but you may wish to try updating macOS. At a minimum you'll have the latest version of macOS.
For clarification are you able to fill the data but then it does not work or are you unable to fill the data at all?

Which version of our extension are you using and which browser?

Oddly, it doesn't work for me. I started with https://www.rocklandtrustonline.com/. Then I added https://rocklandtrustonline.com. I just added plain old rocklandtrustoneline.com, for kicks, but it still doesn't fill in for me.

I was able to fill the user name in Safari and Chrome. It looks like the page redirects to rocklandtrustoneline.com If you add that URL to your website entry for the login does it fill? That worked for me.
