3 years agoBrowser Autofill Issue on cloud2.influxdata.com
I am having trouble using autofill with an existing login on cloud2.influxdata.com. When I click the 1password icon in the email field it presents me with my email to create a new login entry. When I click the 1password icon in the password field it presents me with the generate new password option. However, when I click the browser extension, the login displays in the suggested list, but is below generate new password. When I click autofill from the login entry within the extension, the fields are autofilled as expected.
My browser is Chrome Version 101.0.4951.54
My OS is macOS 12.3.1 w/ Intel CPU
1Password Version: 8.7.0
Extension Version: 2.3.3
OS Version: macOS 12.3.1

Thanks for reaching out! I've done some testing with influxdata.com and, you're right, it appears that 1Password is having some trouble with designating the fields on the login page. For some reason, we're interpreting the fields as if it's a sign-up page, instead of a login page. I've gone ahead and shared this with our development team, hopefully we can improve the behaviour in a future release.
In the meantime, I'd suggest using the drag and drop feature to autofill your credentials. It's not ideal, but should get your credentials autofilled. Apologize for the extra clicks here.
