Browser Extension not allowed

is it necessary to have the browser extension for 1password to work? My Admin has blocked the extension for my work computer and won't allow it to be installed. 1Password Version: Not Provided...

Hi @ianwaller:

The ability to easily fill your information in your browser is reliant on the 1Password extension being installed in the browser. If you're able to install the desktop app, you can copy and paste or drag and drop usernames and passwords as needed.

Let me know how you get on with that!
