I'm sorry for the trouble. It sounds like there might be an issue with the extension syncing to our server and saving your information.
Can you give these steps a try:
- Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose Settings.
- Under General, disable "Integrate with 1Password app".
- Under Accounts & Vaults, sign out of your account.
- Sign back into your account.
- Go back to General, and re-enable "Integrate with 1Password app".
Let us know how you get on or if you are still running into this issue and we cant try a different approach.
