It's possible you might have created two 1Password accounts with different credentials. If the website tells you that the information you are entering is incorrect, either the email address, Secret Key or Master Password is wrong. To avoid sharing your account information here, can you send us an email to mailto:support+forum@agilebits.com from your account's registered email address so we can continue the conversation there?
