Can 1Password fill in ID/PW for smart phone applications
I have several smart phone apps that require ID/PW logins. These are NOT web pages. 1Password does not offer to save the login credentials for these. Is there way to get 1Password to remember and autofill ID/PW for these non-web apps?

Are you talking about iOS apps? If yes, then they need to use an associated domain set by the developer. With the help of this associated domain, 1Password is able to detect the URL the app belongs to. If such a domain is not set by the developer, 1Password is not able to detect the URL because there is none.
