If I go to sign in to my security protected sites that by default open with my Kapsersky security browser I no longer seem to be able to use 1password.
Any work arounds to keep security on and still use 1password?

1Password can only work in browsers in which the 1Password extension is installed. You can install the extension on browsers that are shown here: https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/
You can also install the extension on any Chromium based browser by installing the Chrome version of the extension in it.
I'm not sure what kind of browser is the Kaspersky browser, but if you are unable to install the 1Password extension from it (by selecting the Chrome version), then 1Password will simply not be present in that browser and therefor autofilling won't be suggested or work as it does in other browsers.
For added privacy and security, I would personally recommend using Firefox or Brave browsers if you are unable to work with the Kaspersky browser and 1Password.
