Cannot sign onto 1password

I am not able to sign onto 1password. I enter my login credentials but nothing happens when I click "sign on." I've cleared my history and even went as far as factory resetting my computer but stil...

I see you've emailed us. Based on your description that seems like the best option as we may need to look deeper. We also cannot access account details here in the community. One of my colleagues will be with you as soon as possible.
