Cannot update 1Password Beta

Hello Auto update is failing with below error message. How can I fix it? I tried executing installer file manually but that failed too. C:\Users\$USER\AppData\Local\1Password\1PasswordSetup-8.1...

Restart didn't solve the issue but using a VPN solved it. I don't know why. I tried public DNS servers too, because same thing happened in previous beta build.
