Cant get the OPEN and FILL to work for PC Optimum account

So why doesn't it work taking me directly to https://accounts.pcid.ca/login.

This is probably a question better suited to the developers of that website. When this happens however, typically websites set a cookie or something similar, so you cannot jump to the login form directly :+1:
