@Joy_1P , appreciate the follow up and the response.

I tested this further and note the following:

  1. It does not work when I place the cursor in the username field (i.e., the 1Password drown lists are for logins other than CIBC on-line).

  2. It pes work when I place the cursor in the password field (i.e., the 1Password drown is for CIBC on-line).
